What is Clippers Barber?
Clippers Barber is Singapore’s #1 leading barbershop across the island. We specialize in classic and modern men’s hairstyles, including precision fades, beard trims, and stylish haircuts. Our services are dedicated solely to men’s grooming and hair styles. We do not offer any haircuts or styling services for women.
What services do you offer?
Our services are tailored for men’s grooming and include Gentleman’s Stylish Fades, Gentleman’s Zero Skin Fades, Premium Stylish Haircuts, Beard Trims, Skin Head Shaves, and Hair Styling Services.
Do you sell hair products?
Yes, we sell a curated selection of our own high-quality styling products. We have Pomade for a slick, polished look with shine, and Clay for a natural, matte finish with a strong hold. Our barbers can recommend the best product for your hair type and style.
DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR-WASHING SERVICES BEFORE A HAIRCUT?
As a contemporary barber shop, please note that Clippers Barber does not offer hair washing service prior to our haircut and our barbers reserve the right to decline service to customers wearing excessive amounts of hair styling products such as gel, clay, spray, and other similar products before their service queue number is called.
Appointments and Queuing
Are appointments required?
No, prior appointments are not required. As a “no appointment needed,” affordable classic barbershop, we do not take bookings over the phone or in advance. Service is based on a first-come, first-served basis using either our app or a physical ticket.
Can I call to make an appointment?
No, we do not take bookings over the phone. Our outlets do not have dedicated telephone lines. The only way to secure a spot is by purchasing a ticket — either through the Clippers Barber App or directly at the outlet — to join our live queue.
What if I miss my queue number (Physical ticket)?
If you have missed your queue number for any reason, please politely inform our staff. We will try to serve you as soon as possible. If other customers are waiting, you will need to wait for two customers to be served before you can rejoin the queue. If you miss your turn again, the same rule applies.
To avoid missing your turn in future, we recommend downloading the Clippers Barber App, which sends notifications when your turn is approaching and allows you to track the live queue in real time.
Can I refund my ticket (Physical ticket)?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are unable to wait, you can approach our staff to inform them and choose to exchange the value of the ticket for our Clippers products instead, or sell the ticket to a new customer at the barbershop. For any unforeseen circumstances, you may contact us at hello@clippers.com.sg to download our Clippers refund form and email it back. Do note that each refund is based on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage you to switch to the Clippers Barber App, where tickets can be easily converted into store vouchers if you decide not to wait.
Can I choose my preferred barber?
Selection of a preferred barber is optional and available only through the Clippers Barber App with a small additional fee. Choosing a specific barber with a physical ticket is no longer allowed, due to our queue management algorithm which ensures fair and efficient service for all customers.
We encourage customers to switch to the Clippers Barber App to choose your favourite barber who best matches your haircut style.
The Clippers Barber App
How does the app queue system work?
The Clippers Barber app allows you to virtually join the queue for any participating outlet from wherever you are. Simply select your preferred outlet, purchase a ticket, and the app will notify you when it’s your turn, so you don’t have to wait physically.
Is there an option to shorten my wait time?
Yes, we offer an Express Barber option for an additional fee. This premium ticket allows you to skip ahead of the standard queue.
Please note: Only one Express Barber ticket is available per hour across all users. If the option is unavailable, it means the current hourly slot has already been taken.
Can I choose a specific barber using the app?
Yes, you can choose a specific barber during the ticket purchase process for an additional fee. This feature is exclusive to the app and guarantees your service will be performed by your preferred barber. If a barber is not available for selection, they are currently unavailable.
What happens if I miss my queue number on the app?
If you miss your turn, an in-app notification will appear, giving you the option to re-queue. You can re-queue up to two times. After that, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. If you manually leave the queue at any point, your ticket will automatically convert into a store voucher. The voucher is valid for 30 days and can only be redeemed at the specific outlet where the original ticket was purchased. We do not offer cash refunds.
