CLIPPERS BARBER GRAND LUCKY DRAW 2026 – WIN $999 CASH!

Kindly note the below terms and conditions before participating in the Lucky Draw:

• This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by KC Group Pte Ltd (“Clippers Barber”).
• Participation in the Clippers Barber Grand Lucky Draw 2026 is subject to the below terms and conditions. By submitting your entry, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
• The Lucky Draw will be conducted at Clippers Barber HQ at 3:00 pm on 12 January 2027.
• There will be 2 winners, each entitled to a cash prize of $999.
• Participation in the Clippers Barber Grand Lucky Draw 2026 is exclusive to Clippers Barber App users only.
• Submission of lucky draw entries will take place exclusively on the Clippers Barber mobile application, and only submissions made through the mobile application will be recognised.
• Each purchase of one (1) haircut ticket will entitle the customer to one (1) lucky draw entry (entry to be submitted through the Clippers Barber App).
• Participants may submit multiple entries based on different receipt submissions.
• Promotional, discounted, and complimentary haircuts are not eligible for lucky draw entries.
• Participation in the Lucky Draw will be completed on customers’ personal mobile devices. Clippers Barber employees will not be able to assist should a customer face technical difficulties when submitting their Lucky Draw entry.
• Clippers Barber will not be held responsible for incomplete Lucky Draw submissions.
• Employees of KC Group Pte Ltd, its related franchises, and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation in the Lucky Draw.
• Participants confirm that all information provided at the time of Lucky Draw entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.
• Clippers Barber will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw on and at the advertised date, time and venue, and by the mode (manual or electronic) as advertised, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode or on another date if deemed appropriate.
• Winners will be contacted on the same day of the draw through the mobile number or email provided. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 15 January 2027, their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
• Winners must be physically present and available for the prize presentation ceremony at Clippers Barber HQ when contacted, otherwise their prize will be forfeited to another winner selected.
• Winners will receive a letter to collect their prize. Clippers Barber’s decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Clippers Barber’s decision at all stages of the Lucky Draw is final; no enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, will be entertained.
• By entering the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be used by Clippers Barber for purposes including communication related to the Lucky Draw, service fulfilment, and other promotional or administrative purposes as deemed appropriate by Clippers Barber.
• Clippers Barber may collect, use, disclose, and share amongst themselves and their service providers the participant’s personal data, including photographs, audio-video, or other recordings (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media — including websites, publications, or promotional materials — without further notification, remuneration, or compensation. All intellectual property rights in such Material shall vest solely in Clippers Barber.
• Participants shall not, without prior written approval from Clippers Barber, speak to the press or any media, nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Lucky Draw.
• Clippers Barber and its partners shall not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death in connection with the Lucky Draw.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Clippers Barber accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability arising from the prize winnings.
• Winners are required to provide their full particulars, including NRIC/Passport/Identification number, for verification and audit purposes. Prizes must be personally claimed by the winners at the prize presentation event at the date/time provided. Prizes not claimed will be forfeited.
• Clippers Barber reserves the right to amend the prizes or these terms and conditions without prior notice to participants.
